When life gives you lemons....well I didn't get lemons but when a shift to a very lovely new location meant I was unable to continue with my High Tea business it was either give up or work with what I was able to do. My middle name is Mary and I am quite contrary and although I am not that good at gardening I can bake a mean scone and it turns out I am allowed to do that in other people's kitchens! Travelling Devonshire Teas is now born. It can be a cooking class where we all get our hands floury or just a demonstration. The good part is you get to eat them fresh from the oven and I still get to share some of my beautiful vintage teaware. Win-win!
